Yes! All new clients receive a complimentary Meet & Greet so we can discuss your pet's routine, meet your furry family members, and make sure everyone feels comfortable.

I recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for regular stays and 4–8 weeks in advance for holidays, spring break, summer vacations, and other peak travel times. While I do my best to accommodate every request, availability may be limited.

Yes! Please leave everything your pet needs — including food, medications, leashes, litter supplies, treats, and any favorite toys or blankets you'd like them to have to help maintain their normal routine.

Your pet's safety is my top priority. I'll contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your pet to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency animal hospital.

Unexpected delays happen! I'll always do my best to accommodate schedule changes so your pet continues receiving the care they need. Additional visits or overnight stays may be added based on availability.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your dates. The remaining balance is due before or on the first day of service. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
